  • The Banshankari Social Foundation (BSF) is a Non-Governmental and Non-Profitable Educational Organisation.
  • The Jurio Cratis International Journal of Law and Policy (JCIJLP) is the flagship journal of the Foundation. The JCIJLP is an open access online journal with a double-blind peer review policy, publishes 6 issues a year, and can be accessed by users without any subscription fee.
  • We are a team of expert academicians to review the manuscripts submitted by the authors. Our ethics and guidelines for publications are complying international standards to ensure the quality of research work.

Jurio Cratis is pleased to announce Call for Papers for our quarterly peer-reviewed journal "The Jurio Cratis International Journal of Law and Policy (JCIJLP)". JCIJLP is a peer-reviewed journal, that promotes submissions on a wide range of topics, based on analyzing legal and contemporary issues, policy decisions, case studies, proposing/recommending legislative reforms, or judgment analysis.

JC Blogs

Students (UG/PG), Research Scholars, Academicians, Legal Professionals can submit the blogs on any topic related to Law. The title of the blog is under 90 characters. Citations can be incorporated in the text by adding footnotes [4th OSCOLA or SILC] or by linking to the authoritative internet source. The word count is strictly limited to 700-2500 words. The maximum amount of plagiarism allowed is 20% including references.

Publication Ethics and Guidelines

Our guidelines are fully consistence with the COPE Principles of Transparency and Best Practice Guidelines, the COPE Code of Conduct and the University Grants Commission (Promotion of Academic Integrity and Prevention of Plagiarism in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2018. Jurio Cratis advocate for the quality research work and the editorial board - peer reviewer ensures the sanctity of academic publication. Authors are required to follow the guidelines. Submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines. Certificate for publication will be provided.
