Dr. Rahul Mishra is currently serving as Associate Professor of Law at Manipal Law school, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Bangalore. He has obtained Master’s degree in English Literature from Himachal Pradesh University in 2002. He also had LL.M (2 Years) from prestigious NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2009. He had his doctorate (PhD) from Alliance University, Bangalore in 2021. He has been an avid reader, writer, speaker, and researcher. He has to his credit more than 35 publications in peer reviewed, indexed journals. He has contributed many chapters in prolific edited books. He has presented more than 40 papers in various, national, international conferences, seminars, and colloquiums. He has been invited many times to share his views on FDP programs. He has also delivered many guest lectures as an invitee. He has been an institution builder in terms of admission programs thereby representing the institutions concerned as a lead academic speaker in India, Middle East and Nepal. His areas of interest do include, International Law, International Space Law, International Humanitarian Law, Law and Language, International Health Laws and ADR Mechanisms. He has previously been with NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, Amity University, Jaipur, MATS University, Raipur and Alliance University, Bengaluru as faculty member.

Dr. Arti Aneja is an Assistant Professor at the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. She has been involved in teaching and research for the last 12 years. Dr. Aneja did her Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law, the University of Delhi in the area of “ Corporate Criminal Law ”. She also has an MBA in Human Resource Management. Before joining academics, she has a corporate experience in the field of human resource management. She has many publications in various Journals both International and National on contemporary topics including Corporate and Business Laws. She has presented many papers at various Seminars and Conferences. She has been involved in several activities apart from academics such as extensive research, association with several professional and social bodies, various administrative activities of the university, etc.

Dr. Nagesh Sawant is an Associate Professor at the School of Law, ADYPU Pune. Before joining ADYPU, he worked as an assistant professor at Symbiosis Law School, Pune for nine years. He has a total teaching experience of more than 11 years. His areas of teaching include Administrative Law, Labour Laws, Human Rights, and Research Methodology. He completed his LL.M. in 2009 and Ph.D. in 2020 from the Department of Law, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune (India). He is the author of several research articles published in international and national journals. He has been invited as a resource person and a panel member by different institutions.

Dr. Aarushi Batra is an Assistant Professor with School of Law, Bennett University. She has her doctorate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in the area of Gender & Sports Law. She has a Masters in Law (LLM) with dual specialization from Indian Law Institute, Delhi. Her areas of interests include Sports Law, Women and Child laws, and human rights. She has presented and authored numerous papers on gender related issues, ranging from domestic violence against women, discrimination in sports, hyperandrogenism and transgender rights. She has also co-edited a book “New Dimensions of Women and Child Development”. Prior to Bennett, she has also worked at SGT University and North Cap University in Gurugram.
